gogovietnam is an English-language guide to Vietnam’s places, food and crafts. We write about destinations from the northern mountains to the Mekong Delta, the dishes each region is known for, and the craft villages where silk, lacquer, conical hats and pottery are still made.
How the site works
Articles are drafted with the help of AI from sources named in every story: official tourism information, English-language Vietnamese newspapers, and reference works such as Wikipedia and Wikivoyage. Each draft passes automated checks before it goes live. Every link must point to a listed source, figures must appear in those sources, and the text may not copy a source closely. Each article carries an AI-assisted label.
What we do not do
We do not claim to have visited a place, eaten a dish or met a maker, and we do not invent prices, opening hours or quotes. Ticket prices, timetables and visa rules change; check the official source before you travel.
Photos
We use photos with clear licences, mostly from Wikimedia Commons, and credit the photographer and the licence under each image.
